L’entreprise a été fondée en mai 1969 par Marcel Paget dans l’ancienne ferme familiale, à Saint-Girod (73). En 1978, un nouveau bâtiment est construit, suivi d’un nouvel agrandissement en 1988.
En 1993, Frédéric Paget, son fils, intègre la société et crée la SARL ETS PAGET. Un plan d’investissement s’en suit avec l’acquisition des premières commandes numériques, d’un tour 2 axes puis d’un centre d’usinage.

En 2023, un nouveau projet se dessine pour la construction d’un nouvel atelier de 1000 m 2 plus adéquat au développement de l’entreprise.
